As with all rides, the following guidelines must be adhered to:

1.Carry all your documents - Vehicle Registration, Insurance, License

2.Make sure your bike is prepared for the ride, check oil levels, lights, horn, cables, get the carb and plug cleaned, check tyre
pressure. We will be riding close to 140 km in total.

3. HELMETS ARE A MUST for you and your pillion. Those not wearing helmets CANNOT ride with us.

4. Carry a few basic spares like Clutch cable, Throttle Cable, Tire tube and your basic Tool kit in addition to the rear wheel removing spanner. Do not expect to borrow and manage, this doesn’t always work on the road.

5. Adequate riding accessories - jackets, gloves, shoes, knee pads etc..

6. Travel light… we might be able to swim, come prepared with shorts.

9. Bungee cords to fasten your belongings.

10. A camera if you are a shutterbug.

11. Money to cover your fuel and food expenses and some extra money just to meet any eventuality.

12. Recommend ARC Insurance coverage

Cautions:
1.This is a ride, not a race. All riders are instructed to follow traffic rules and comply with group riding guidelines (we will brief you the same before the start of the ride)
2.Riders joining the ride are doing the same at their own risk. The club or its members are not responsible for the safety of the members or their Bikes.

Interested people can send e-mail confirmations. If you should need any clarifications you can contact the Ride captain/co-ordinator.
